Affirmative: will be + verb-ing

2. When Do We Use the Future Continuous?
A. An action happening at a specific time in the future
We use it to say what will be in progress at a particular moment.

At 6 p.m., I will be cooking dinner.

This time tomorrow, she will be flying to Istanbul.

They will be watching the match at 8 o’clock.
B. Two actions happening at the same time in the future

Sam will be cleaning the house, and Mia will be doing homework.

We will be driving, and the kids will be sleeping in the back.

The band will be rehearsing while the lights are being set up.
C. Planned or expected future events

Don’t call at 10 p.m. - I’ll be having a meeting.

The train will be arriving at platform 3 soon.

D. Polite questions about someone’s future plans
