Other
Other means different, extra, or additional.
We use other before plural or uncountable nouns.
Examples:

I like this dress, but I want to try other dresses.

Some people like winter, other people prefer summer.

I don’t want this pen. Do you have other colors?
Don’t say others cars. Say other cars (no -s).
Others
Others is a pronoun — it means “other people” or “other things.” We don’t say a noun after it.
Examples:

Some students are ready; others are still waiting.

I finished my work, but others didn’t.

This book is great. I want to read others by the same author.
The Other
The other means the second one (when there are two) or the rest (when there are more).
Examples:

I have two pets: one cat and the other is a dog.

Tom is here, but the other students are at home.

She held a cup in one hand and her phone in the other.
Use the other with singular or plural nouns depending on the meaning.
Another
Another means one more or a different one. It comes before singular nouns.
Examples:

Can I have another cup of tea?

I don’t like this seat. Let’s sit at another table.

He bought one jacket and wants another one.
We write it as one word — another, not an other.
