Here is what you can achieve at every language level according to CEFR:

A1 - Beginner/Elementary

You at B2 can follow the main ideas of complex texts on concrete and abstract topics. You can speak fluently and interact naturally with native speakers, making regular communication possible without much effort.

C1 - Advanced

At C1, you can express ideas clearly and spontaneously with little need to search for words. You understand long, demanding texts and use English flexibly for study, work, and social situations.
